I remember being just a slip of a lass at 24 and being newly qualified and teaching tons of classes week after week and the weight just fell off me, even though my diet was shocking I even used to eat pizza for breakfast!!
Then in my 30s I started noticing I was teaching more classes then ever before , I cleaned up my diet a bit although not perfect but better than my 20’s and I was getting fatter and fatter.
How confusing was that?
I couldn’t understand why.
I physically couldn’t do anymore exercise or eat much less as I needed it for energy for all my classes!
This was when I decided to re-educate my self and started studying all about it , learning how our lifestyle and hormones play such a HUGE important part in getting us results and how it’s not just about watching calories and exercising more and more.
After a few tweaks here and there and applying what I had learned I got back into my size 10’s Yeh!!!!
But even now I’m approaching my mid 40’s I’m noticing my body changing again! Damn! So that means more detective work from me with a few more tweaks here and there.
